When you enter, you step into the spacious hallway where you’ll immediately find a separate, well-maintained toilet. From the entrance, you continue into the exceptionally large living and dining room: a bright, inviting space where you’ll instantly notice there’s plenty of room to relax together.

The modern corner kitchen connects seamlessly to this area and is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and a complete kitchen inventory. In the cozy sitting area with two comfortable three-seater sofas, you can unwind after an active day. The large dining area with ten chairs invites you to enjoy long, atmospheric meals. For extra comfort and entertainment, a large LED TV and a DVD player are at your disposal.

On the ground floor, you’ll also find a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, sink, and a stylish bathroom cabinet. Additionally, there is a spacious bedroom with a double senior bed—ideal for those who prefer everything on one level.

The first floor features a generous landing that provides access to three large bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable box-spring beds for a wonderful night’s sleep. An extra toilet on this floor offers additional convenience, especially when staying with a larger group.

The apartment is perfectly suited for families with children. Outside, there is plenty of space to play: a swing, slide, sandbox, and air trampoline provide endless fun. Go-karts, pedal tractors, and a large outdoor area make it possible to play football, badminton, or ride around. Various games are available both indoors and outdoors, ensuring that young and old will never be bored.

For an extra delightful experience, there is a charming petting zoo with goats, Kune Kune pigs, and chickens. It’s not an active farm, but rather a cozy place where children (and adults!) can see animals up close.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, linen service and kitchen linen are included, and you can exchange them free of charge. A shared washing machine is also available (€3.50 per wash).
