When you enter, you step into the spacious hallway, where you will immediately find a separate, neatly maintained toilet. From the entrance, you continue into the exceptionally large living and dining room: a bright, atmospheric space where you’ll feel at home right away. There is plenty of room to relax together, play games, or enjoy long, cozy meals.

The modern corner kitchen forms the heart of this living area and is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and a complete kitchen inventory. In the comfortable seating area, furnished with two large three-seater sofas, you can unwind after a day full of activities. The large dining area with ten chairs invites you to enjoy long dinners and relaxed evenings together. For entertainment, a large LED TV and DVD player are available.

On the ground floor, you will also find a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, sink, and stylish bathroom cabinet. In addition, there is a spacious bedroom with an electrically adjustable double senior bed—ideal for guests who prefer to stay on one level or appreciate extra comfort.

The first floor features a generous landing that provides access to no fewer than four spacious bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable box-spring beds for a wonderful night’s sleep. An additional toilet on this floor adds extra convenience, especially when staying with a large group.

The apartment is particularly suitable for families with children. Outside, there is plenty to do: a swing, slide, sandbox, and air trampoline provide hours of fun. Go-karts, pedal tractors, and ample space for football, badminton, or cycling complete the picture. Various indoor and outdoor games are also available, so no one ever has to be bored—regardless of the weather.

For an extra enjoyable experience, there is a charming petting zoo with goats, Kune Kune pigs, and chickens. It’s not an active farm, but rather a relaxed place where children and adults can interact with the animals up close.

Your stay is made as comfortable as possible thanks to the included linen service: clean bedding and towels are provided, and kitchen linen is available and can be exchanged free of charge. A shared washing machine is also available (€3.50 per wash).
