During your stay on our grounds, you can safely store your bike in our bicycle shed, located between the campsite and the apartments. There is also the option to charge your electric bike here.

From the summer of 2025, we will begin a major renovation of this space. The current bicycle shed—which is partly an old cowshed—will receive a significant upgrade. The former cows’ area will be fully incorporated into the bike storage. This means:

• More space to store bicycles

• Additional charging points for electric bikes

• A cleaner, more user-friendly appearance

Until then, the bicycle shed is perfectly usable, but we look forward to making this part of ’t Katreel even more comfortable and attractive for our guests!

We have a wide selection of cycling routes ready for you, suitable for both recreational cyclists and long-distance riders. We can also refer you to the VVV offices in Haaksbergen and Neede, where you’ll find even more routes and information about the region.

Prefer to plan your own route? No problem! We’re happy to advise you on the most beautiful spots in the area and how to create a wonderful tour using the cycling junction network—optionally with the help of a handy app.

For walking enthusiasts, we also have several beautiful walking routes available. These take you through forests, farmland, heathlands, and historical sites in the area around Haaksbergen and Neede.
