• Arrangements cannot be booked retroactively and are non-transferable to third parties

• The seasonal pitch must be fully paid by April 1 of the relevant year

• 1 extra small tent up to 4 m² is free and intended for resident children

• Party tents are not allowed, unlike awnings and canopies

• Extra electricity consumption will be charged at the end of your stay

• The pitch must be maintained by the guest; tools are available on site

• The pitch may not be sublet to third parties
